Shipping & Returns Policy
SOUL BRANDS SAS makes shipments world wide through our shipping channel that guarantees security and coverage, so that your purchase reaches the address you want.
The shipping time of product will be 5 to 7 days depending on the place of destination.
Shipping times start from the confirmation of the purchase, for payments by credit and debit card / PSE, the payment platform PAYU / PAYPAL / 2CHECKOUT must approve the transaction according to the data analysis, which can take up to one business day. At the time of payment approval, you will receive an email with your confirmation.
Deliveries cannot be made at an exact time. The product may be received and inspected by any person of legal age who lives or is present at the place of delivery, for which the signature of the guide of the transporter will suffice.
In case the product has signs of damage or ruptures in its packaging at the time of delivery, you must register it in the transporter's guide as an observation and contact the SOUL BRANDS SAS Customer Service line at whatsapp 300 6872079 (in Monday through Friday from 8 am-5pm), through our email [email protected] or on our website www.daniellabatlle.com in the 'Contact us' form.
Cost of Delivery
The shipping order is free world wide.
**Does not include tax area cost**
** The Tropical Vibes 2.0 collection will take 10 days to ship.
** The Euphoria collection is handled as a PRE-ORDER where orders are closed on October 25th of 2019 from the date of closing, the garments are sent on November 15, the pieces that you want to acquire after October 25th of 2019 the client will be able to buy some pieces and the shipment will be made after 15 days.
Exchanges or Returns
You should keep in mind that:
● Changes will be made as long as the garment or item is in perfect condition.
● Changes will always be made for the value at which they were purchased.
● SOUL BRANDS SAS will manage the return of the package.
Changes through www.daniellabatlle.com
If you wish to make the change through www.daniellabatlle.com, within 5 days after receiving the product, you must contact the SOUL BRANDS SAS Customer Service area at whatsapp 300 6872079 (Monday to Friday from 8 am-5pm), through our email [email protected], or through our website www.daniellabatlle.com in the 'Contact us' form.
Once you have requested the return of your product you can choose between the following options:
● Change of product by size or color: only changes can be made for products with a value equal to or less than the original, the change will be subject to availability in the inventory. (If the value is lower, the remaining balance will be sent in a voucher to make a new purchase online).
● Money back. (only applies for reasons of warranty claims).
Once the change request is filed with the necessary data for it, a date for collection is scheduled through our shipping channel according to the day you can deliver the product to the carrier.
When you deliver the product to the conveyor, it must already be properly packed. You can use the same packaging in which you received the order or you can use one of your preference, however it is important that the packaging is appropriate according to the nature of the product so that it cannot be affected during the transport process.
It is important that you keep in mind that: the product must not be modified or altered from its original state and the garment must be in good condition and clean and with its original labels.
The times for change, discriminated for each modality, according to the SOUL BRANDS SAS policy are:
● Change of product by size or color: it will be dispatched 3 to 5 business days after receiving the product in our warehouse and from this moment the same times as for a normal delivery apply and you will owe the shipping cost.
● Money back:
o Through transfer: it is made within approximately five business days of receiving the product in our warehouse.
o Through payment reversal: thirty business days after receiving the product in our warehouse.
Verified the conditions in which the product is located, SOUL BRANDS SAS will have three business days to inform you if your product meets the criteria established here to make the change by size or color or refund (only applies for warranty claims)
In case your product does not meet the criteria of our policy of changes and guarantees:
The product must not be modified or altered from its original state
The garment must be in good condition and clean.
We will inform you by email about the reason for which change or guarantees will not be mayde and the product will be returned to the initial shipping address.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the right of withdrawal enshrined by law 1480 of 2011 art. 47, the maximum term to exercise this right, is 5 business days from the delivery of the product. The product must be returned in the same condition you received it. Transportation costs and others incurred in the return will be borne by you. To manage the return of your product you must contact SOUL BRANDS SAS Customer Service at whatsapp 300 6872079 (from Monday to Friday from 8 am-5pm), through our email [email protected], or through our website www.daniellabatlle.com in the 'Contact us' form.
In the event that all the above conditions are met, SOUL BRANDS SAS will return the total amount paid, without discounts or withholdings, and the term for the return of the money may not exceed 30 calendar days. In accordance with numeral 7 of article 47 of law 1480, personal property goods are exempted from the right of withdrawal.
